The Bake Circle Approach

I. Place an enquiry

We encourage you to fill the cake order form here for us to understand the vision of your cake.

II. Creative Direction

We work closely with you to curate and define the visual identity and story of your cake. Once all details are finalized, we proceed with the creation process. Our focus is on delivering original designs tailored to your unique vision, rather than replicating existing concepts. By entrusting us with your idea, you can rest assured that the creative process is in expert hands, allowing you to relax and enjoy the journey.

III. Booking Fee

A 50% deposit of the total cost is required for all celebration cake orders. For orders placed with less than 2 weeks’ notice, the full payment is due upfront, along with a 30% rush fee added to the total cost.

IV. Delivery

Cakes may be collected at a pre-arranged time. However, not all cakes are available for collection; it depends on the design and size of the cake. Cakes that are collected by the customer are always boxed for transportation.

Cupcakes start at $40 per dozen

Single Layer Cakes

6” Mini (serves between 5 – 10), starts at $130 

6” (serves between 10 – 15), starts at $150

6” (serves between 15 – 20), starts at $180

8” (serves between  20 – 24), starts at $200

Twin cakes-starts at $250

*All first birthday cakes come with an optional  4” smash cake

Tiered Cakes

4” and 6” (serves between 25 – 30), starts at $300

6” and 8” (serves between 35 – 40), starts at $350

8” and 10” (serves between 45 – 50), starts at $400

4”, 6” and 8” (serves between 55 – 60), starts at $450

6”, 8” and 10” (serves between 65 – 70), starts at $500

*All first birthday cakes come with an optional  4” smash cake

Please note…

Please note that any modifications, such as flowers, premium fillings, or other customizations, may incur additional charges. 

Delivery within the DMV area is available based on our schedule, with a fee of $1.50 per mile
(free delivery within 10 miles radius).

We encourage all three-tiered cakes to be delivered. 

Custom cake sizes can be accommodated upon request.
